Thermal Conductivity Test Report (Dual Block)
According to the test report T20260813-HFJX001, the average thermal conductivity of our graphene busbars is 355 W/(m·K). Based on relevant data, the thermal conductivity of T2 copper busbars under room temperature conditions ranges from 390–400 W/(m·K), while that of pure aluminum is approximately 234 W/(m·K). In terms of material thermal conductivity alone, copper (400 W/(m·K)) slightly exceeds our graphene busbars (approximately 89% of copper's value at room temperature). However, our material is significantly lighter; for the same weight and thickness, the heat dissipation area of our graphene busbars is 3.3 times that of copper busbars, and their overall heat transfer capability is 2.93 times that of copper busbars, demonstrating a clear advantage in heat dissipation performance.
